Coding and Programming

​Find Chris's Github here, where all his coding and programming (past and present) is in the process of being transitioned to online repositories in support of open data science. 

Chris is a heavy R user, with a particular focus on data wrangling (e.g. Tidyverse), statistics, data visualisation (e.g. ggplot2, visreg) and building and testing bioenergetics models. He is currently in the process of developing several R packages, including to easily apply bioenergetics models that can be tweaked for varying scaling of metabolism and environmental conditions, as well as the analysis of coral reef health.

Chris is currently learning MATLAB and Python, with a particular interest in modelling, spatial analysis, and machine learning techniques.
